NEW CLIENTS

Please use the contact form on this page to contact Teresa. New client inquiries will be offered a 10-minute complimentary phone call. In this call, you can identify your goals and let Teresa determine if she can meet them.  If it matches your goals and skills well, you will be offered to set up an initial assessment. 

Setting up an initial appointment will be done over the phone. Teresa will need the spelling of your name, email, and mobile phone number to set up your chart. You will receive an email with a link to your chart. 

You can access your chart to fill out appropriate intake paperwork. The Paperwork must be completed before your initial Telehealth appointment. If not completed, your initial session will be signing the paperwork with your therapist.

 CURRENT CLIENTS

You may access your chart at any time through the client portal. You will also have access to client invoices, monthly statements, and superbills. Superbills for the previous month will be available the first week of the month. 

SCHEDULING/CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS

Log into the client portal to access this feature. You may schedule up to 24 hours before the appointment time. You may cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the appointment. 

Current clients in emotional distress may contact your therapist through the secure messaging feature in the client portal. This is the fastest way to contact your therapist.

BILLING

Payment is due at the time of service using a current payment card, such as a Visa, MasterCard, or HSA, on file in your chart. Superbills are provided monthly to access reimbursement from your medical insurance company.
