Individual counseling with me is a depth-oriented, trauma-informed healing process designed for women who are ready to move beyond survival and into calm, clarity, and self-respect.

This is not symptom-management therapy.This is not quick-fix work.This is not surface-level support.

This is contained, paced, nervous-system-safe healing for women who are ready to take responsibility for their growth and engage in long-term transformation.

Who This Work Is For

I work best with women who:

• have experienced betrayal, emotional abandonment, or relational trauma• live with anxious attachment or emotional over-functioning• feel disoriented, hypervigilant, or disconnected from themselves• are ready for deep emotional work, not just insight gathering• value containment, pacing, and long-term healing• are emotionally mature and open to honest self-reflection• can invest in consistent therapeutic work• are seeking calm, clarity, and self-respect — not validation or blame

This work is not for women who are in active crisis or seeking fast results without deeper engagement.

Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, depending on their needs and readiness.

This work requires a meaningful investment of time, emotional energy, and financial resources.

I do not offer one-off sessions, crisis counseling, or surface-level coaching.
