Betrayal Trauma Therapy for Women in Washington State

If you are here, you may be trying to make sense of something that has deeply shaken your relationship and your sense of safety.

Discovering a partner’s sexual acting out, infidelity, pornography addiction, or hidden online behaviors can create profound emotional shock. Many women describe feeling disoriented, hyper-alert, unable to sleep, or unsure who to trust — even their own instincts.

You do not have to navigate this alone.

I provide betrayal trauma therapy for women across Washington State through secure telehealth counseling. My work focuses on helping women regain clarity, emotional stability, and a grounded sense of self after relational betrayal.
