Individual Therapy
Teresa maintains a small, selective individual therapy caseload. A brief consultation determines whether it’s a good fit for where you are right now.
$245 · Per 55-Minute Session · Telehealth

I do not bill insurance. That includes Apple Health, Molina, and every other Medicaid plan, as well as commercial insurance — I am not paneled with any company. Everything here is paid in full, out of pocket, at the time of service.
Individual counseling is $245 per 55-minute session. The Intensive is priced individually by scope and is a significant private-pay investment — substantially more than a single session. Some clients submit receipts for possible out-of-network reimbursement; many plans reimburse nothing, and I can’t predict what yours will do.
You will receive your exact figure in writing, as a Good Faith Estimate, before anything is scheduled and before you owe anything. No one is asked to commit to a number they haven’t seen.

If private pay isn’t possible right nowPlease don’t fill out the form. It asks you to write about painful things, and I’d rather not ask that of you when I already know I can’t take you on. I’ve put together a page of lower-cost and insurance-based options instead — including places you can reach today if you need someone now.
Being turned away for financial reasons isn’t a judgment about whether your situation is serious enough. It is.
